in the history of Loyola University in New Orleans, Louisiana, and Erskine College
in Due West, South Carolina. Cheryl is an expert in creatively and successfully
meeting new and unforeseen challenges and implementing detailed strategies for growing
business in a desirable way. |

Ed Wright - President and Chief Executive Officer
Ed Wright has more than 35 years of professional experience in the food and beverage,
including all phases of plant operations, management, and manufacturing coordination.
During his career, Ed has held senior management positions in both the red meat and poultry
industry with responsibility for the company's financial success. His knowledge and expertise
are highly respected within the market and his technical planning skills are unparalleled.
Ed's expertise is the design of food facilities and processes, which includes raw product
receiving, processing, packaging, materials handling. |

Tom Williams - Chief Marketing Officer
With over 20 years of experience, Tom manages sales
initiatives, marketing communications, advertising, promotions, pricing, market
research and customer service. His approach to developing a successful relationship
is to work directly with the client to understand how our firm can best fit their
needs. |

Ed Moultrie, AIA - COO, Architecture & Engineering
Ed has over 50 years of professional experience, and
has completed numerous public and private projects, including food processing, industrial
and manufacturing facilities, parks and recreation centers, parking decks, civic
buildings, city halls, government buildings, schools, public housing, shopping centers,
high rise and low rise apartments, offices and higher educational buildings. Ed
is responsible for architecture, engineering, planning, programming and design.
Ed utilizes the latest in CADD (Computer Aided Drafting and Design) and BIM (Building
Information Modeling) software to create conceptual digital design models of each
project. He collaborates with all engineering disciplines to ensure a comprehensive
design solution is reached. Based on his vast and varied design experience, Ed presents
design concepts in a form that is easy for the client to understand. |

Herb Sprague - Chief Financial Officer
Herb brings over 48 years of experience to his role.
His primary responsibility is to manage the financial risks of OFS. He is responsible
for financial planning and record keeping, as well as analysis of data. |
