Our personnel provided planning, programming, budgeting, full-service engineering and construction
administration for a 290,000 SF greenfield “hot” bakery project. Modernization and
strategic location analysis drove this project. Three new production lines and one
relocated production line would produce a variety of baked bread products. With
it’s innovation in processing and packaging, application of new technology and integration
of workers, this facility was named Food Engineering’s 2004 Plant of the Year.

Our personnel were selected to provide master planning, process design/engineering, and construction
management services for the renovation and modernization of an 180,000 SF plant
in order to c increase efficiency and streamline processes. This project became
the largest kosher food and matzo facility in the world. Planning started in March
2006, with construction beginning in January 2007 and completed in June of the same
year.
