Our personnel provided planning, detailed architecture, engineering, and construction management
services for a 41,000 SF expansion to their spring water bottling facility. Special
engineering and equipment modifications for exterior equipment were installed to
abate noise generation in consideration of residential neighbors and designed as
to accommodate future processing and storage additions. All newly expanded process
areas were integrated into the facility while maintaining regular production schedules.

Our personnel were selected to provide planning, detailed architecture, engineering and construction
services for a new spring water bottling plant designed to bottle “From the Source”
spring water. The 161,373 SF facility was designed with two production lines and
the capacity to add three additional lines in the future consisting of state of
the art Blowers, Unscramblers, Fillers, Palletizers and Complete Conveying Systems.

The Minute Maid Company

Our personnel planned, designed and constructed a 330,000SF processing facility for The Minute
Maid Company. The planning included development of the facility layout and utilities
to meet the client’s needs for the installation of a fresh juice processing, bottling
and packaging line. Additional consideration was given for one future fresh juice
line and two hot fill processing, bottling and packaging lines. Requirements for
receiving of raw product and packaging materials, plus storage and shipping of finished
goods all contributed to the final program that was executed.

Our personnel provided the design and construction of the first phase of a seven-year project
to build a bulk winery in Lodi, California. The winery will consist of receiving
and crush operations to handle 100,000 tons of grapes per year with configurations
for a process cellar for filtering, blending and finishing along with storage tanks
to accommodate 30,000,000 gallons.
