Our personnel provided design/build services for a 24,000 SF dairy process expansion. The plant
capacity was expanded for the production of block cheddar cheese and to improve
processing efficiency, quality control by installing more automated equipment. The
expansion consisted of a new 10,000 SF cooler warehouse and a 10,000SF process area
including a 4,000 SF high bay section.

To accommodate its aggressive growth plans and the proliferation of new items, this
major retail grocery distributor selected ONEsource personnel to plan,
design, engineer and construct a $15 million, 14,000 SF facility expansion to the
grocer’s dairy and culture production operations. This expansion allows HEB to leverage
market share for consumer trends in respects to dairy and convenience related products.
