services for a 600,312-SF greenfield distribution complex in McCalla, AL. This is
the second regional distribution center completed by ONEsource personnel
for OfficeMax within a five month construction schedule.

Our personnel were selected to provide construction services for the new $119 million manufacturing/
distribution campus in Riverside, California. The campus houses the following facilities
on 88 Acres: 490,000 SF Ambient Warehouse; 240,000 SF Chilled/ Frozen Warehouse;
97,000 SF Manufacturing Facility; 22,000 SF of Individual Projects, totaling 8 separate
buildings. A distinctive component of this project is the world’s largest individual
flat panel solar roof system, which is integrated into the roofing system.
