Our personnel provided the 70-year old industry leader with complete master planning and ONEsource
services for the construction of a new headquarters building, production and distribution
facility in Montgomery County, New York. The facility is designed to meet LEED Certification
with sustainable elements such as landscaping that requires little or no water,
high efficiency/low volume plumbing, high performance/high efficiency HVAC, natural
lighting and recycled materials. The new site includes 140 acres and a 2-story,
585,000 SF baby food processing facility.

Our personnel performed the necessary master planning, architecture, engineering and construction
management services to consolidate three different facilities into one manufacturing
and distribution center, thus reducing Ventura’s operating costs. An existing 675,000
SF facility was chosen to serve as the new manufacturing and distribution center.
This newly renovated facility allows for 545,000 SF to be utilized for production
and 130,000 SF to be used for distribution.
