Our personnel were chosen to help expand its existing facility in Selma, California to provided new further processing facilities and equipment and a new freezer/cooler warehouse. These new amenities streamlined the fabrication area for beef carcasses and created a more efficient set up for warehousing and shipping functions. All renovations of existing space were designed to meet USDA requirements for carcass fabrication.

Our personnel provided turn-key process planning, equipment selection and procurement, architectural, engineering and construction management of all internal equipment and systems for a greenfield 90,000 SF hog slaughter facility. The process is highly automated to support production of high quality and specialty “value added” meat products such as fresh sausage and case ready pork for retail grocery chains.
