Building information Modeling (BIM)
The ONEsource collaborative approach is the ideal procurement and delivery method for reaping the benefits of BIM. BIM is used to create an interactive, three dimensional representation of the building showing specific building components and systems. All members of the team participate in the creation, revision and updating of the building model. This approach helps to insure that once construction starts, all issues will have been resolved and interferences corrected, virtually eliminating errors and project delays.
